ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Maintain an organized and smoothly running Production Office at all BFTS events.
•Handle credentialing of authorized staff, contractors, and visitors in accordance with policy and as directed by the Sr. Manager of Tour Operations.
•Process check payments for contractors at BFTS events.
•Be the liaison between PBR Headquarters and the tour for staff, contractors, and visitors.
•Collect and distribute paperwork to tour staff as directed by management.
•Prepare production documents in advance of each event (i.e., seating charts, notes from prior year, PA announcer scripts, etc.).
•Assist management with facilitating crew travel, including flights, hotels, etc.
•Assist with room layout and signage in each event facility.
•Assist with parking arrangements at each facility at each event facility, and prepare a detailed parking list for each event.
•Handle shipping/receiving of any production supplies and equipment at various venues.
•Assist with Special Event Coordination (special arrangements above regular event activities, i.e., stunts, talent, specialty acts, etc.).
•Serve as a runner and assist the Production Department with supply needs.
•Assist with DOT terminal functions, including collecting trip reports, driver logs, and scheduling maintenance.
•Assist with the selection, management, and evaluation of independent contractors hired for BFTS events in accordance with policy.
•Assist the tour operations department with any special project management needs.
•Perform a variety of other tasks both at PBR HQ and on tour as directed by the Sr. Manager of Tour Operations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

•Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suites (Word Processing, Excel Spreadsheets, Outlook, etc.)
•Ability to work well under pressure and with multiple deadlines
•Ability to adapt easily to rapidly changing conditions associated with a nationally televised sports entertainment environment

EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING:

•Associate’s degree in a business related field, or 2-6 years equivalent work experience
•1-3 years work experience in sports and/or entertainment preferred
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
