Duties: IPRA Graduate Assistantship Responsibilities
-15 Hours per week dedicated to working on IPRA projects and events
-5 Hours per week dedicated to working in WIU RPTA Office
-Prepare two monthly surveys for the IPRA membership to distribute via semi-monthly newsletter and tabulate results for distribution, including additional research for futher study.
-Assist professionals with research and resource development for new professional development opportunities: communities of practice and leadership development groups.
-Coordinate regional networking events for the western and northern part of the state.
-Work as a member of the IPRA staff to develop and host 1-2 educational workshops per semester.

The Baseball Marketing Intern will work in our Baseball Division and get introduced to the world of Baseball of the field. This is a great opportunity for the passionate, creative and driven undergraduate or graduate student who wishes to further his/her business interests in sports and gain some hands-on marketing experience. Throughout the course of the internship, you will work closely with our Baseball team and assist in a variety of challenging and interesting projects. You will be involved in market research, concept and development of marketing materials and participate in identifying off-the-field marketing efforts for Octagon’s baseball clientele including endorsements, licensing, and appearance opportunities.
The position is located in our Chicago, IL office and is part-time during the Spring Semester. Ideally, we would like you to work between 10 to 20 hours per week and be able to start in mid January and end your internship mid March. The successful candidate should be able to work in the office at least three days per week. In order to be considered for this unpaid internship, you must be able to receive school credit and provide proof of credit.
