Our University's Athletics is soliciting applications for the Director, Athletic Ticket Office. This position is responsible for the daily management, which includes the supervision and delegation of work assignments, of the University ticket office as well as the daily operation for sale of athletic tickets for athletic games and events.

Minimum requirements are as follows:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management or other relevant field of study and a minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in a business office environment which includes customer service, supervisory experience and ticketing experience or other relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree or higher in an unrelated field of study and a minimum of six (6) years progressively responsible experience in a business environment which includes customer service, supervisory experience and ticketing experience or other relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills; working knowledge of personal computers and standard software packages (i.e. word, excel, etc.); strong interpersonal skills; ability to work overtime on evenings and weekends.
Proficient in Paciolan system software.
Valid U.S. driver's license. Occasional travel. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier.
All final candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation.
