POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pfister Hotel, AAA 4-diamond hotel and a member of Preferred Hotels and Resorts as well as Historic Hotels of America currently has a Convention Services Catering Manager position available. With more than 25,000 square feet of meeting space, the hotel accomodates receptions, seminars and conferences, from intimate meetings of 15 to grand receptions of 1200. Currently we are seeking a Catering Manager who can contribute to our reputation for perfection.

In this position you would be responsible for detailing and servicing short term and long term bookings on the convention services side of catering. Meeting department goals to maintain and/ or improve the reputation of the Catering/ Banquet Departments is essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Preferred candidates will have previous management experience along with knowledge in the Banquet Catering areas. Knowledge of Delphi is a plus. Will posses analytical and systematic habits, be a proactive problem solver, technologically inclined and be customer service focused. Five years of hotel experience is preferred.
