Event Manager. Monterrey Security provides event services at multiple venues in the Chicago

Job description:
 Work as member of the Event Services Team
 Act as project manager at multiple venues
 Assist with training and scheduling of event staff
 Work closely with the Event Director during all planning stages of events
 Manage event supervisors and event staff
Qualifications needed:
 Bachelors degree
 Sports management or event planning experience
 Detail and task orientated
 Possess proven organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks
simultaneously
 Technologically advanced as well as proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
 Fast paced thinker with the ability to work under time constraints and stressful
situations
 Demonstrated ability to take initiative
 Excellent customer relations skills
 Ability to work long hours ‐ office hours as well as event hours on nights and
weekends
 Effective communication skills
