Qualifications:	Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Sports Administration or related field and a minimum of three years of full-time staff supervision. Athletic programming experience required. Candidate should possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, a solid customer service background, and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
Duties:	The Recreation Manager is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Athletic Department that consists of three full-time employees and over 75 seasonal/part-time staff; the organization and operation of instructional programs, house leagues and travel teams for football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer and other sports; a budget in excess of $600,000.
