Job Description:
· Complete sales of full and partial season ticket plans, plus sales for group and catering packages throughout the season · Utilize sales calls, mailers, and appointments to effectively maximize sales · Assist with the input and accurate record-keeping of ticket sales into computer databases · Participate in all aspects of game day operations, including: program sales, customer service, promotions, event setup, ticket sales, office duties · Represent the organization in various community events: trade shows, mascot appearances, player appearances, promotional events, etc. · Maintain general office functions, including: phone, mail, and weekend responsibilities · Availability is strongly desired for Thunder Over Louisville Day (Saturday, April 17, 2010)
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree OR working toward degree with at least junior class standing · Excellent work ethic, customer service skills, ability to work long hours, evenings & weekends · Ability to work in a team setting while maintaining a positive attitude · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively through a variety of channels
