Description: The Montgomery County Family YMCA in Red Oak, Iowa is in
need of an Aquatics Programming Director. The Aquatics Director position will be 30 plus hours a week up to a salary non-exempt position. This position will be designed based on the applicant’s interests. The 30 hour/ week hourly position would focus on aquatics programming/ safety; the salary non-exempt position would focus on aquatics and land programming and aquatics safety.
Starting Salary: $23,660 per year for salary non-exempt position

YMCA pays bi-weekly on Friday, or on average 26 pay periods per year.
Requirements: American Red Cross Lifeguard certificate and American Red Cross Lifeguard training certificate strongly preferred; if you do
not have these certificates then you will need to obtain them in a
reasonable amount of time. Certification bonuses could be obtained.
Benefits: Health & Dental insurance programs are offered for salary non- exempt employees.
Health insurance and dental insurance is effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
